Third Round of Counseling : Conditions applicable for admission to self financing medical colleges and RCC

Please read the notification given below for important conditions applicable for allotments/admissions to Govt Controlled Self financing medical colleges/Pvt. self financing medical colleges/RCC. Also, as per GO(Rt) No. 1497/2015/H&FWD dated: 22.05.2015 Government have approved one General Merit Seat for M D Physiology in Amala Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Thrissur. In this order, Government also have approved one General Merit seat for MD Dermatology & Venerology, one General Merit seat for MD General Medicine and one General Merit seat for MD General Surgery, all the three, in MES Medical College, Perinthalmanna.

Third Round of Counseling : Detailed Notification

As already notified, the personal counseling will be conducted on 1^st , 2^nd , and 3^rd of June 2015, in the Old Auditorium within Medical College campus, Thiruvananthapuram. But, the starting of the counseling for allotment to Service Quota Seats which is to take place on the first day (i.e.  1^st June 2015) has been advanced to 10.00 AM (earlier, it was announced as 1.30 PM). Third Round of Counseling : Schedule

The third round of counseling to fill up the vacant State Quota seats in Government/Government Controlled Self Financing/Private Self Financing Medical colleges including Service Quota seats and the seats expected to be reverted from All India Quota seats in Medical P G courses - 2015 will be conducted as personal counseling on 01.06.2015 (Monday), 02.06.2015(Tuesday) and 03.06.2015 (Wednesday) at the Old Auditorium inside the Medical College campus, Thiruvananthapuram. The Provisional Rank lists of Health, Medical Education and Insurance Medical Service Quota candidates  who have qualified in the Entrance Examination for admission to  P G Medical Courses-2015 conducted on 08^th February 2015  are published herewith. The ranking of the candidates of the Health Service Quota is based on the total score obtained by combining the entrance examination marks with the weightage for difficult rural service. Government Order for excluding Negative Mark

Government have amended the  clause 9.2(i) of the Prospectus for admission to P G Medical (Degree/Diploma) Courses 2015 by orders dated 04.02.2015. See the Government Order for details

No Negative Mark in the Examination

Government have amended the  Prospectus for admission to P G Medical (Degree/Diploma) Courses 2015 by orders dated 03.02.2015 and 04.02.2015. Accordingly the provision for awarding negative mark for incorrect responses is dispensed with and also imposed the condition of a minimum of 50% marks in the Entrance Examinations for General as well as Service Quota Candidates

Printout of Application : Date extended

The applications for the Entrance Examination to Post Graduate Medical (Degree/Diploma) Courses in Kerala for the year 2015-16 can be submitted online up to 3 pm on 05.01.2015 (Monday). But the last date for submission of the printout of the application along with required supporting documents to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations is extended up to 5 pm on 08.01.2015 (Thursday).
